OK it’s official. My target weight is 99kg by March the 8th.

I’m using the LiveStrong app to track my intake and exercise. My weigh in will happen Friday mornings.

My initial calorie target is 2000/day, which gives me a few levels to drop in order to kickstart things when the weight loss slows.

This is really exciting! I’m viewing this as the same importance as when I gave up smoking.
