Drum roll please……

I have lost a stone in a little over 2 and a half weeks!

My Nike+ FuelBand is keeping me motivated to move and my tracking of calories is working for me more often than not. The main thing is that I am still living my normal life – I’ve just fine-tuned how I fuel it.

I went to the pub the other night, but drank faaaaar less alcohol than I normally would have…. just enough to keep the buzz going when the soda water and lime washed it away. I even had a kebab on the way home – shish, not doner and no chips or garlic sauce.
