Return from an active holiday – then have a day of doing nothing but watching TV while drinking a few bottles of wine. Then on Monday, spend the workday stuck in a training session that’s right next to the train station, followed by more wine.

Oh, yeah…. also eat a large Papa John’s stuffed crust pizza in that time.

I’m back to being good today – there’s a few days to weigh-in and I will not be fatter.
