My cold last week is mostly gone, but the motivation hasn’t returned.

I haven’t hit my fuelband target in days (but should today) and haven’t counted my calories at all, but have been eating sensibly.

On Sunday night we went out for dinner, ate Thai, drank 3 bottles of wine and then stopped for ice cream on the way home. I need to find a way to have milder blowouts.

In the long run, however, as long as I lose 1-2kg a week I am going to hit my target weight in target time. I’m a quarter of the way there after just 7 weeks. I now have 21 weeks to lose 28kg.
