What a challenging week to lose weight! I spent 2 days in Derby eating out of restaurants and then I have been feeling sorry for myself with a coldy fluey thing.
So what do the WiFi scales say? I’ll let them speak for me….
That, my friends, was my goal weight for my wedding 4 years ago. A weight that I didn’t hit.
I’ve been eating at places that display calories on their menu and if I go over target, I’ve been walking up flights of stairs to get more calories back. I even walked up the 115-off stairs at Marylebone Tube Station on Monday – at the same pace as the escalator!
Chilli – and spices in general – are also a brilliant way to get flavour into low fat foods.
Motivation is high… determination is higher. Stay tuned!
