I’ve been bouncing up and down through the same 1.5kg for the last few weeks now and it feels like my weight loss has really stalled since the weather got cold.
On top of the cold, we have Christmas drinks, Christmas cooking, things getting ‘end of year’ busy at work and I am finding it really hard to lose weight.
This is why I haven’t posted in 2 weeks.
Starting today I am back onto this with a vengeance. I must hit 118kg by Christmas day. That’s simply 2 consecutive weeks with a 3kg loss. As I’ve not been too great lately, my body should react very favourably to the change.
