I know this isn’t a diet…. It’s a change.

And like quitting smoking, sometimes I slip.

In this case, Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights were fuelled by booze and way too much food. Junk food at that.

I’m now 3kg heavier than I was this time last week. Although a lot of that may be matter that’s just passing through.

I don’t know why I’m finding it so hard to get my head right for more than a few days at a time. It’s quite probably the cold weather. I should be moving around a lot, but I just want to be eating and drinking somewhere warm.
