Today I saw 120kg on the scales for the first time, and I’m more excited than ever to be losing this weight!

I’ve started walking to Borough Market for my lunch, which is a 30 minute walk, rewarded by some seriously gourmet artisanal food. This has brought my average number of steps per day up to around 15000.

Always a good thing.

119.5 – my half way point – is super close now and even though my original goal was to have lost 40kg by now I’m really happy with what I’m achieving. The original plan was never going to succeed with such a cold winter and busy holiday period.

Bring on summer and an awesome new Pete!
