9 days and I’m not even remotely missing booze, although I did think it would have been nice to have one bottle of Old Dominion Beach House while I barbecued this evening…


Have I lost weight? Yes.

Have I lost a lot of weight? No. I’ve been snacking on ice cream and crisps. I have been cycling and walking a lot, though, so the snacking will get under control and the weight will steadily fall.

The new FitBit is keeping me motivated – that’s the main thing.
