But I’m still around.

I’ve had an up and down few months… putting on a few kilos… losing a few… nothing really sticking. I’ve been on holidays, I’ve sat in the sun drinking beer, I’ve cycled a lot.

Monday morning just gone I looked at the scales and I was outside the ‘I don’t care *grumble*’ range that I’d set myself, so action had to be taken. I’m back recording my foods (when myfitnesspal works), wearing my fitbit and making an effort to eat healthier while moving more.

Quick results? You betcha… 1.5KG lost in 2 days.

Saying that, I’ve just had a huge lunch and am sitting here wanting to eat chocolate.
