I didn’t deliberately choose a sequential number for this post, it’s just a groovy coincidence.

2 weeks ago I was 3.6kg heavier – that’s over half a stone!

I’ve been eating a lot of Thai food that I make myself, minimising on the oils and coconut milk. There’s also been a lot of low-calorie seafood like prawns and sea-bass and a lot of chilli to kick the metabolism into overdrive. There’s also been very little wine.

In fact, each night there’s no wine, we put a tenner into the ‘Le Mans trip’ bucket, as that’s what we’d have spent on the booze. We’ll have the trip paid for in no time.

Upcoming challenges: Lads night out tomorrow night and a trip to Barcelona this weekend. My goal is to be the weight I am next Monday morning.
